Tournament Exemptions
Exempt players from the Southern Illinois Golf Association to the Illinois Amateur for 2018 are Michael Fowler, Bryan Warren and Tom Portner.
Senior exemption status to the Illinois Senior Amateur is Senior Player of the Year, Murphy Hart.
To Earn points for Senior Player of the year you must be 55 years or older, a member of an SIGA club, or a direct member of the SIGA. Points are awarded for the following tournaments: Bill Koeneman Memorial Players Cup-Senior Division, The Benton Senior Gold Cup, and the SIGA Championship-Senior Division. The senior points leader at the end of the season will earn an exemption to the Illinois Senior Amateur the following year. The points schedule is listed under the tournament menu drop down.
